making.

 contemporary Cost management concepts.
CO2: To relate the principles of cost accounting and management in strategic decision
 making.
CO3: To Classify various Activity based costing and their applications.
CO4: To find the uses and performance of JIT in the performance of manufacturing concerns.
CO5: To identify the role of Target costing in cost reduction, management, and planning
 at the initial designing stage with the help of practical problems.
CO6: To describe the Life cycle of costing and to compare with JIT by application of
 kaizens principles.
CO7: To compare the actual cost with the standard set, identify and suggest the areas for
 betterment.
CO8: To apply element wise variance analysis and give suggestions.
CO9: To prioritise the Quality Cost concepts in planning and decision making.
CO10: To have an overview of TQM.
